Every website we build comes with the legal basics UK businesses need: a privacy policy and terms page written in plain English, a contact form that only asks for what it needs, and no tracking cookies unless you choose to add them, with a proper consent banner if you do.
Good to know: We're designers, not lawyers. Your policies are based on trusted templates, so it's worth having them checked by a legal professional, especially if your business handles sensitive information.
Most businesses that collect customers' details also need to pay the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) a small yearly data protection fee. You can check whether you need to in a couple of minutes at ico.org.uk.
